建设学习型政党,要靠学习;干部成长,也要靠学习。当前我国正处于改革发展的关键时期,面临的机遇与挑战都前所未有,这就更加凸显了干部学习尤其是理论学习的重要性。但当前干部学习的现状呈现出不平衡性,有些干部真学真用,能够做到通过理论水平的提高解决实际问题,但也有些干部不学不用,假学滥用,对理论学习浅尝辄止,甚至将干部学习培训当成了拉关系、搞交易的机会。人民论坛杂志社组织的领导干部学习动力调查,提出了这一严峻问题。
Building a learning party depends on learning; cadre growth, but also on learning. At present, our country is in a crucial period of reform and development. The opportunities and challenges we face are unprecedented. All this highlights the importance of cadre study, especially theoretical study. However, the status quo of the current cadre’s study shows an imbalance. Some cadres really learn really hard to solve the practical problems through raising the theoretical level. However, some cadres do not study hard, they abuse absurdly, Cadre learning and training as a pull relationship, engage in trading opportunities. People’s Forum magazine leading cadres to learn motivation survey, put forward this serious problem.
