我院自1989年5月至1997年5月行食管癌根治,食管、胃吻合术438例,1997年5月至2000年2月在221例食管癌手术中应用GD350-B型电刀切胃,止血效果良好,吻合口愈合满意。现报告如下。1 临床资料 本组男441例,女218例。年龄32-76岁,55-70岁占多数,共530例(80％)。病理类型:鳞癌610例,腺癌42例,腺鳞癌3例,未分化癌4例。1989年5月至1997年5月438例食管癌根治,食管、胃吻合术中,我们一直采用缝扎胃粘膜下血管的方法,术后372例(约85％)病人胃管内引出血性或
In our hospital, from May 1989 to May 1997, 438 cases of esophageal cancer were treated with esophageal and gastric anastomoses. From May 1997 to February 2000, 221 cases of esophageal cancer were treated with GD350-B electric knife. Good hemostasis, satisfactory anastomotic healing. The report is as follows. 1 Clinical data The group of 441 males and 218 females. Ages 32-76 years old, 55-70 years old majority, a total of 530 cases (80%). Pathological types: 610 squamous cell carcinomas, 42 adenocarcinomas, 3 adenosquamous carcinomas, and 4 undifferentiated carcinomas.
