本文根据曲线拟合的思想提出了一种解决平面杆机构惯性力部分平衡配重计算的新方法。由这一方法导出了平面杆机构惯性力部分平衡配重大小及方位角的简单计算公式。应用该公式对平面杆机构中最典型的惯性力部分平衡问题进行了举例分析计算,其计算结果与其它优化方法的计算结果进行比较表明:本文提出的计算方法简单而行之有效。 Based on the idea of ​​curve fitting, this paper presents a new method to solve the calculation of balance weight of inertial force of planar bar mechanism. By this method, a simple formula for calculating the balance weight and azimuth of the inertia force of the plane bar mechanism is derived. The formula is used to analyze and calculate the most typical balance of inertial force in planar bar mechanism. The comparison between the calculated results and the results of other optimization methods shows that the proposed method is simple and effective.
