在分析了分层教学理念的特点基础上,提出将其应用到初中数学教学中的必要性,并探讨了其适用性;分析给出了如何在初中数学课堂上实现教学层次化,并由此设计了独立课前预习、小组模式讨论、全班分层答疑以及课后分层训练等四个教学实践环节;最后针对在实际分层教学中易出现的问题给出了具体的解决方法和具有指导性的实践建议。分析过程和结果对于提高初中数学的教学水平和学生的数学认知能力具有重要的价值。
Based on the analysis of the characteristics of the hierarchical teaching idea, the necessity of applying it to the junior high school mathematics teaching is discussed and its applicability is discussed.
