加强反腐倡廉建设,必须高度重视制度建设。高校反腐倡廉制度建设取得了明显成效,但还存在着一定的差距与不足。高校反腐倡廉制度建设是一项系统工程,必须充分认识制度建设的核心保障作用,科学合理构建反腐倡廉制度体系,切实提高反腐倡廉制度针对性,加大宣传执行力度,有效保证反腐倡廉制度的落实。
