2013年夏季的新加坡之旅,我泡在了圣淘沙名胜世界里。这里荟萃了五十多家餐厅,可以满足不同人士的口味和预算。来说说这家——“有性格”的“森”餐厅。“森”餐厅的室内设计灵感源自构成新加坡地貌的热带雨林树木,这里所呈现的色调全部取材于大自然,视觉的焦点是由四根浅色树形大木柱支撑着的屋顶结构,周边由枝叶状的装饰交织而成。餐厅的总监梁兆基大厨作为新加坡中餐的革新先驱,凭借日式芥末大虾及咖啡排骨等创新佳肴而闻名,令当地的餐厅争相仿效,纷纷炮制类似的菜式。累积数十年
In the 2013 summer trip to Singapore, I was soaked in the Resorts World Sentosa. There are more than 50 restaurants in the area catering to the tastes and budgets of different people.
