“HR”是企业人事干部或人力资源工作者的简称,是现代企业管理中必不可少的岗位设置。“理才助理”项目是江东区人社局主导推出的一项针对提高小微企业管理能力的“扶贫”项目,由具有一定资质的人力资源服务机构推选有经验的“HR”进入小微企业,进行一对一的管理指导。此项目自2016年3月启动至今,已按计划成功输送20名“理才助理”对接目标小微企业开展人力服务工作。目前,80余家小微企业中实现有效对接的已达到60家,并成功解决小微企业实际困难160余件。
