一、品种选择1.绿皮(饭性)。生长势较强,蔓粗壮而长,结果多、丰产并能产生块根。瓜形较长而大,上有钢刺,皮色深绿。饭性,味稍次。2.白皮(糯性)。生长较弱,蔓较细而短,结瓜少、产量较低。瓜形圆而小,光滑无毛刺,皮色白绿,但组织致密,糯性,味较佳。
