为更有效地解决设施土壤连作障碍,以吉林省主要农业废弃物玉米秸秆为原料,高温堆肥无害化处理后作为基质栽培番茄展开研究。结果表明:玉米秸秆堆肥理化性质比土壤更适合作物生长,且养分含量也高于后者。采用玉米秸秆堆肥基质栽培的番茄植株生育期提前4 d,平均单果质量214.3 g、单株坐果数25.2、平均产量达28 816.3 kg/667m~2,分别对照土壤栽培增加16.98%,24.13%,45.21%,干物质、灰分、维生素C和蔗糖含量也高于土壤栽培。
In order to solve the obstacle of continuous cropping in the facility more effectively, the main agricultural wastes of corn stalks in Jilin Province were used as raw materials, and the high temperature composting was treated as substrates to detoxify tomatoes. The results showed that the physical and chemical properties of corn stalk compost were more suitable for crop growth than the soil, and the nutrient content was also higher than the latter. The average growth rate of single tomato fruit was 214.3 g, the number of fruit per plant was 25.2 and the average yield was 28 816.3 kg / 667m ~ 2, which increased by 16.98%, 24.13% and 45.21 %, Dry matter, ash, vitamin C and sucrose content is also higher than soil cultivation.
