用高频喷射通气抢救肺性脑病16例,其通气频率在80~100次/min,驱动压19.6~58.83kpa(0.2~0.6kg/cm~2)。血气分析发现,治疗后PaO_2明显升高(p<0.01);且PaCO_2也有程度不等下降,但无显著意义(p>0.05)。并就高频喷射通气应用方法和注意问题进行了初步讨论。
Sixteen patients with pulmonary encephalopathy were treated with high-frequency jet ventilation. The ventilation frequency was 80 to 100 beats / min and the driving pressure was 19.6 to 58.83 kpa (0.2 to 0.6 kg / cm ~ 2). Blood gas analysis showed that after treatment PaO 2 was significantly increased (p <0.01), and PaCO 2 ranged from the same extent, but no significant difference (p> 0.05). And the application of high frequency jet ventilation methods and attention to a preliminary discussion.
