马德案是建国以来查处的最大卖官案,牵涉国土资源部原部长田凤山、黑龙江省政协原主席韩桂芝等众多高官和黑龙江省绥化市一大批官员。据悉,共有265名官员涉案,其中包括绥化市下辖10个县市的众多处级以上干部,仅绥化市各部门的“一把手”就有50余人。 7月28日,北京市第二中级人民法院一审以受贿罪判处黑龙江省绥化市原市委书记马德死刑,缓期两年执行。而马德的妻子“收钱袋子”田雅芝,早于去年11月,被哈尔滨市中级人民法院以受贿罪判处无期徒刑。
