通过3cr2w8v等钢毛坯的不同予处理,不同终处理温度和硫碳氮共渗在终处理中的顺序等工艺因素对微观组织,显微硬度、残余应力分布、韧性、耐磨性和模具实际便用寿命的影响进行了试验研究。结果表明:不同的毛坯处理方法对模具终处理后的组织和性能有着明显的影响,硫碳氮三元共渗是提高模具耐用度的有效措施;从而优选出一套包括毛坯高温固溶处理,低淬共渗和较高温度回火的新的复合强韧化方法。生产实践表明:它在不增加成本的前提下,能赋以模具良好的组织和性能,使模具的实际使用寿命大幅度提高。
