本文以网络嵌入性为视角,采用跨案例研究的方法,选取两家浙商企业作为样本案例,对其位势跃迁过程进行剖析和研究,提出了高技术企业位势跃迁的概念,并根据位势跃迁过程中表现出的特征和规律提出了网络嵌入性视角下高技术企业位势跃迁的两种模式,即适应型位势跃迁模式和开拓型位势跃迁模式。以上丰富了企业位势理论,同时也为分析高技术企业跳跃式发展提供了新的思路。
In this paper, from the perspective of network embeddedness, a cross-case study is used to select two Chinese enterprises as sample cases to analyze and study the potential transition process. The concept of potential transition in high-tech enterprises is put forward. The characteristics and regularities of the transition show the two modes of transition in high-tech enterprises under the network embeddedness perspective, that is, the transition mode of adaptive potential transition and the transition mode of pioneering potential. Above enriched the theory of enterprise situation, but also for the analysis of the leapfrog development of high-tech enterprises provides a new way of thinking.
