目的探讨人性化优质护理在呼吸衰竭患者中的应用效果。方法选取2015年2月—2016年2月南阳南石医院收治的呼吸衰竭患者90例,随机将患者分为A组与B组,各45例。A组患者给予人性化优质护理,B组患者给予常规护理,比较两组患者焦虑自评量表(SAS)、抑郁自评量表(SDS)评分、护理满意度、住院时间。结果护理前两组患者SAS、SDS评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);护理后A组患者的SAS、SDS评分低于B组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。护理后A组患者护理满意度高于B组,住院时间短于B组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论人性化优质护理在呼吸衰竭患者中的应用效果明显,可有效改善患者焦虑、抑郁等负面情绪,提高患者护理满意度,缩短住院时间。
Objective To explore the application of humanized quality nursing in patients with respiratory failure. Methods Ninety patients with respiratory failure admitted from Nanyang Nanshi Hospital from February 2015 to February 2016 were randomly divided into A group and B group, 45 cases in each group. Patients in group A were given humane high-quality care. Patients in group B were given routine care. SAS, SDS, nursing satisfaction and hospital stay were compared between the two groups. Results There was no significant difference in SAS and SDS scores between the two groups before nursing (P> 0.05). The score of SAS and SDS in group A after nursing was lower than that in group B, the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05). The nursing satisfaction of patients in group A after nursing was higher than that in group B, and the length of stay in hospitalization was shorter than that in group B (P <0.05). Conclusion The application of humanized high-quality nursing in patients with respiratory failure has obvious effect, which can effectively improve negative emotions such as anxiety and depression, improve patient satisfaction and shorten hospitalization time.
