各有关单位:开展新农药创制工作是我国农药行业提升技术创新水平、参与全球竞争、实现可持续发展的必由之路。“十一五”期间,在国家科技支撑计划项目的支持下,我国的农药创制工作已取得可喜的成果。为加强农药创制人员之间的交流,开拓创新思路和理念,互相学习,共同进步,促进我国新农药的研究开发工作,提高我国新农药创制的整体水平。
Relevant units: Carrying out the creation of new pesticides is the only way for our pesticide industry to enhance technological innovation, participate in global competition and achieve sustainable development. During the “11th Five-Year Plan” period, with the support of the National Science and Technology Support Program, our country's pesticide creation work has made gratifying achievements. In order to strengthen the exchange among pesticide producers, explore innovative ideas and concepts, learn from each other and make progress together, promote the research and development of new pesticides in our country and improve the overall level of new pesticide creation in our country.
