目的:评价马海治瘫胶囊(MHZTJN)对大鼠大脑中动脉栓塞的保护作用。方法:采用线栓法阻塞大鼠大脑中动脉,建立局灶性脑缺血动物模型,通过神经症状评分和倾斜板实验评价大鼠行为学的改变,TTC染色法观察脑缺血范围。结果:与模型组相比,MHZTJN中剂量和大剂量组神经功能评分显著降低,脑梗塞体积显著降低,倾斜板停留时间显著升高;大剂量组能显著改善脑缺血引起的脑组织含水量增加,减轻侧脑水肿程度。结论:MHZTJN显著改善神经功能症状和行为学障碍,显著改善脑缺血引起的脑组织含水量增加,减轻侧脑水肿程度,能显著降低脑梗塞体积。
Objective: To evaluate the protective effect of MHZTJN on middle cerebral artery occlusion in rats. Methods: The middle cerebral artery was occluded by the method of thread occlusion. The animal model of focal cerebral ischemia was established. The behavioral changes were evaluated by neurological symptom score and tilt plate test. The extent of cerebral ischemia was observed by TTC staining. Results: Compared with the model group, the scores of neurological function in MHZTJN middle-dose and high-dose groups were significantly decreased, the volume of cerebral infarction was significantly decreased, and the retention time of inclined plate was significantly increased. The high-dose group could significantly improve the brain water content Increase, reduce the degree of lateral brain edema. Conclusions: MHZTJN can significantly improve neurological symptoms and behavioral disorders, significantly improve brain water content caused by cerebral ischemia, reduce the degree of lateral brain edema, and can significantly reduce the volume of cerebral infarction.
