交流合作是人类生存的重要动力,在改革的浪潮中,实施以小组合作学习为目的的课堂教学中,探索小组合作学习与发展学生素质,其实践意义是很明显的,新课程改革强调学生学习方式的改变,小组合作学习作为本次课程改革积极倡导的有效学习方式之一,具有使学生优势互补,形成良好的人际关系,促进学生个性发展的优点,越来越多的老师在课堂教学过程中采用这一方法,但是我们在教学中真正要将合作学习有效地开展并不是一件容易的事。在英语教学课堂中进行小组合作学习,这样能把小组学习和学生的个性探索相结合,充分调动全体学生学习积极性,创造性,主体性,实践能力,合作意识,交流品质等多方面素质的协调发展。
