在电力系统中应用嵌入式视频监控系统与图像识别技术有利于及时进行设备维护和故障排除。论文主要论述了变电站设备的仪表指针识别的数字图像处理和图像识别的实现过程,给出了嵌入式视频监控与识别系统的组成。研究了指针图像处理的算法和指针图像识别的三种方案:区域法、指针查找法和告警区域查找法。最后指出了视频监控与图像识别技术在变电站中的重要意义和应用前景。
The application of embedded video surveillance system and image recognition technology in power system is conducive to timely maintenance and troubleshooting of equipment. The dissertation mainly discusses the realization process of digital image processing and image recognition of instrument pointer identification in substation equipment, and gives the composition of embedded video monitoring and recognition system. Three schemes of pointer image processing algorithm and pointer image recognition are studied: area method, pointer search method and alarm area search method. Finally, it points out the important meaning and application prospect of video surveillance and image recognition technology in substation.
