1 概况蒙洼蓄洪区位于淮河北岸,于1951～1953年间建成,它以淮河左堤与蒙河分洪道右堤连成蓄洪圈堤。蓄洪区总面积1.81万 hm~2,耕地1.2万 hm~2,设计蓄洪水位27.66m,蓄洪库容7.2亿 m~3。蓄洪区淮河河道弯曲,国务院确定蒙洼尾部淮河堤段需退建。设计退建堤线紧靠淮河堤的两座老庄台大部分不作迁移,退建段与对岸段间的堤距上下起止端为1700～
1 Overview The Mengwa Flood Storage Area is located on the north bank of the Huaihe River and was built between 1951 and 1953. It connects the Huaihe River’s left bank with the Menghe Floodway’s right bank into a flood storage embankment. The total area of flood storage area is 18,100 hm ~ 2, cultivated land is 12,000 hm ~ 2, designed flood storage level is 27.66m, and flood storage capacity is 720 million m ~ 3. Huaihe River flood storage area bend, the State Department confirmed Mengwei tail Huaihe embankment to be refunded. Most of the two Laozhuang units with the embankment line set aside for the embankment are not relocated. The embankment between the set-back section and the opposite shore line has a maximum height of 1700 ~
