患者女,2岁2月,以左外耳道渐增性肿物1年于1998年5月22日入院。既往无耳流脓及耳外伤史,生长发育同正常同龄儿童。其父母非近亲结婚,家族中无类似病及遗传病史。查体:一般情况良好,左外耳道内可见一2.5cm×1.5cm×1cm大小肿物,表面光滑,色灰白,质中等,边界清,无红肿及触痛,左鼓膜窥不见,右外耳道及鼓
