人血清类粘蛋白(ORM)又称α_1-酸性糖蛋白,由ORM1和ORM2两紧密连锁的座位组成,定位于9号染色体长臂上.本文采用等电聚焦,对8名日本人家系进行了调查,发现7种ORM单倍型,包括已检出的新变异体和/或静止等位基因.方法:在含有2.67%Pharmacia产pH4.5-5.4Pharmalyte的聚丙烯酰胺凝胶中加入甘油和三硝基甲苯X-100.神经氨酸酶处理血样,参照Umetsu和Yuasa的方法进行等电聚焦.免疫固定确定ORM型别.用抗ORM羊抗人血清进行Ouchterlony双重免疫扩散.结果:观察到一种新的变异体ORM2 15.与ORM1·1-ORM2·1结合的ORM1·5.2-ORM2·15呈5带型.编码同种蛋白ORM1 2,ORM1 5和ORM2 15的三基因作为一整体遗传且同时表达,证明ORM1基因存在重复.ORM1·5和ORM2·1形成一单倍体,频率较ORM1·5.2低.ORM1·5和重复基因ORM1·2.1的共同表达导致ORM1 5-2-1形
