目的分析舒脉降压汤、倍他乐克联合在高血压临床治疗中的效果。方法在该院中医科和心内科随机选择2015年10月一2016年10月接受原发性高血压患者100例进行研究,随机平均分为观察组与对照组各50例,对照组患者使用倍他乐克进行治疗,观察组在口服倍他乐克的基础上,服用舒脉降压汤进行治疗,用药8周后对两组患者的临床疗效进行对比分析,并观察两组患者的不良反应发生率情况。结果两组患者在进行治疗后舒张压、收缩压较治疗前均有明显降低(P<0.05),观察组的总有效率为92%,明显比对照组72%的总有效率要高(P<0.05);观察组治疗后不良反应发生率为14%,对照组为16%,两组没有太大差别(P>0.05)。结论舒脉降压汤联合倍他乐克能提高原发性高血压的治疗效果,在临床治疗中更值得推广。
Objective To analyze the effect of Shumai Antihypertensive Decoction and Betaloc in the clinical treatment of hypertension. Conclusion Shumai Jiangya Decoction combined with Betaloc can improve the therapeutic effect of essential hypertension, which is more worthy of promotion in clinical treatment.
