我们身处一个文化生活极其丰富的社会,出版事业的蓬勃发展要求我们完善相应的法律制度去促进出版市场的健康发展,保护出版主体的利益。然而,我国现行的著作权法律制度并不健全,出版制度也比较模糊。文章重点从出版权概念的辨析以及我国关于“专有出版权”的规定等方向去探讨和研究,试图通过对这些问题的研究,让存在的问题更加明确清晰,从而找到问题的关键,提出解决方法,完善相应的制度。
