引导青年培育践行社会主义核心价值观是强基固本、凝魂聚气的战略工程、基础工程。就高校来看,要在青年中做好此项工程的则应当抓住作为青年人骨干的高校团支部书记这些“关键少数”。要做好这项工程,还应当以延安精神和社会主义核心价值的契合点为突破口,以延安精神来助推在高校团支部书记的核心价值观培育为抓手,最终完成在高校全体青年人中的核心价值观“培育践行工程”。
