本文介绍了坨五污水处理站在重质高粘原油的污水处理改扩建工程设计中，采用蛇纹石粗粒化除油技术、斜管混凝沉降、压力密闭等新工艺，同时利用老站设施挖潜，还从平面布置、施工衔接诸方面进行多方案比选，做到了少占地、省钢材、节约投资。坨五污水处理站改扩建工程设计获１９９３年中国石油天然气总公司优秀设计三等奖。 This paper introduces the Tuo five sewage treatment station in the heavy high viscosity crude oil wastewater treatment expansion project design, the use of coarse serpentine degreasing technology, inclined tube coagulation, pressure airtight and other new technology, while using the old station Facilities tapping potential, but also from the layout, construction convergence aspects of multi-program comparison, so that less land occupation, the provincial steel, saving investment.
