探求玉米单倍体田间高效自然杂交诱导方法是规模化创制单倍体行之有效的途径。本研究以农大高诱3号和诱导系间杂交种为父本,以2份被诱导材料为母本,研究了5个行间比下的田间自然杂交诱导效率。结果表明:采用诱导系间杂交种作父本,行间比以1∶3最佳,而采用诱导系作父本,则以1∶4最佳。在诱导系和诱导系间杂交种诱导率相同和各自最优的行比配置情况下,采用诱导系间杂交种进行自然杂交诱导比诱导系的效率要高。
It is an effective and efficient way to scale up haploid in order to find a way to inducing maize haploid field efficient and natural hybridization. In this study, Nongda Gaoyu 3 and inbred lines were used as male parents, and 2 inducible materials were used as female parents to study the efficiency of natural crosses between 5 lines. The results showed that the optimal ratio of 1: 3 was obtained by using inbred line hybrids as the male parent, while the inbred line was the male parent. In the case of the same inducibility and the best ratio between the inbred lines and the inbred lines, it is more efficient to induce the natural crosses with the inbred lines than the inducible lines.
