创先争优活动开展以来,通化县委着眼于推进基层党组织服务民生工作,通过探索和实践,在社区实施了以党组织和党员服务民生为主要内容的“网格化管理、团队式服务”工作模式。通过建立职责明确、管理精细、渠道畅通、功能完善、服务有效的网格体系,进一步提升了党组织服务民生工作水平,促进了社会和谐稳定。
