采场结构参数对上向进路采矿法的采场安全起到至关重要的作用。以萨热克铜矿小矿体为研究对象,采用Mathews稳定图法与工程地质调查相结合的方法,对进路结构参数进行优化。研究表明:该矿的小矿体平均节理间距为0.90m,平均节理密度为1.12条/m;节理裂隙产状较为集中,具有明显优势方位,倾角多在20°以内,对采矿工程的稳定性较为不利;该矿体的理论稳定数N=10.94,采场极限形状系数S=3,当采矿进路长度为80 m时,进路的理论极限跨度为6.49m。最终得出结论:为确保采场稳定性,萨热克铜矿小矿体上向进路设计极限宽度取6.0m。
The stope structure parameters play a crucial role in the stope safety of the upward approach mining method. Taking the small ore body of the Saji Keke copper mine as the research object, the structural parameters of the pavement are optimized by the combination of Mathews stability diagram and engineering geological survey. The results show that the average joint spacing of the small ore bodies in this mine is 0.90m and the average joint density is 1.12 / m. The occurrences of the joint and fissure are more concentrated and have obvious advantages.
