近几年,随着齐鲁30万吨乙烯工程的建成投产,我公司生产装置增加,生产规模迅速扩大,已发展成为包括石油炼制、有机化工、无机化工、科研设计、机械制造、产品运输、供电供水、文教卫生、后勤服务配套齐全的特大型石油化工联合企业。这个时期,是我公司投入最多,生产规模发展最快的一个时期。现在,公司的生产规模已形成,今后,如何使公司通过内部治理整顿和深化改革,实现装置全面达标,搞好优化配置,在短期内尽快发挥投资效益,进入振兴时期,为发展石油化工工业和国民经济做出更大贡献,这是今后几年摆在我公司4万5千名职工面前的一项艰巨任务。
