目的分析并探讨MiroCam胶囊内镜对消化道疾病的诊断价值。方法选取2011年4月—2014年4月到该院接受MiroCan胶囊内镜检查的消化道疾病患者46例,出血组11例,腹痛组35例。使用MiroCan胶囊内镜对其进行检查,观察不同部位疾病检出率。结果 11例出血组患者中,小肠疾病阳性检出率为72.72%;35例腹痛组患者中,小肠疾病阳性检出率为51.43%。除小肠疾病外,出血组中食管疾病0例,浅表性胃炎10例(90.91%),糜烂性胃炎1例(9.09%),胃溃疡0例;腹痛组中食管疾病0例,浅表性胃炎31例(88.57%),糜烂性胃炎2例(5.71%),胃溃疡2例(5.71%)。小肠阳性检出组与小肠阴性检查组,二组胃内平均滞留时间差异无统计学意义(t=0.71,P>0.05),但小肠阳性检出组小肠内平均滞留时间明显长于小肠阴性检查组(t=2.39,P<0.05)。结论 MiroCan胶囊内镜体积小、工作时间长、检查方便、安全卫生、无痛苦,且小肠疾病检出率较高,对胃部疾病检出也有一定诊断价值,临床上可以广泛应用于消化道疾病的影像学诊断。
Objective To analyze and discuss the diagnostic value of MiroCam capsule endoscopy for digestive diseases. Methods Forty-six patients with gastrointestinal diseases receiving MiroCan capsule endoscopy from April 2011 to April 2014 were selected. Eleven patients in the bleeding group and 35 patients in the abdominal pain group were selected. Use MiroCan capsule endoscopy to check, check the different parts of the disease detection rate. Results Among the 11 bleeding patients, the positive rate of small intestinal diseases was 72.72%. Among the 35 patients with abdominal pain, the positive rate of small intestinal diseases was 51.43%. In addition to small intestinal diseases, there were 0 cases of esophageal disease, 10 cases of superficial gastritis (90.91%), 1 case of erosive gastritis (9.09%), 0 case of gastric ulcer; 0 case of esophageal disease in abdominal pain group, superficial Gastritis in 31 cases (88.57%), erosive gastritis in 2 cases (5.71%), gastric ulcer in 2 cases (5.71%). There was no significant difference in mean gastric retention time between the positive small intestine group and the negative small intestine group (t = 0.71, P> 0.05). However, the average small intestinal retention time was significantly longer in the small intestinal positive detection group than in the small intestinal negative control group (t = 2.39, P <0.05). Conclusion MiroCan Capsule endoscopic small size, long working hours, easy to check, safety and health, no pain, and the detection rate of small intestinal diseases, the detection of gastric disease also has some diagnostic value, clinically applicable to gastrointestinal diseases Imaging diagnosis.
