Objective To investigate the effects of lymphocyte subsets on oocytes by measuring the proportion of CD4 + T cells and CD8 + T cells in follicular fluid of IVF-ET assisted pregnancy. Methods Forty patients with IVF-assisted pregnancy were divided into normal group (group A) and low-ovulated group (group B) according to the number of oocytes retrieved. Flow cytometry was used to detect the expression of T Lymphocyte subsets were analyzed to explore their relevance. Results The level of CD8 + T lymphocytes in follicular fluid of group B was significantly higher than that of group A (P <0.05). There was no significant difference in the proportion of CD4 + T lymphocytes among the two groups. Conclusion The increased proportion of CD8 + T cells in follicular fluid may affect the ovulation rate of IVF-assisted pregnancy.
