也许很多人会认为,《物权法》是一个技术性很强、仅限于在法律精英当中探讨和争论的话题,它距离普通百姓的现实生活太远,其实不然。作为规范财产关系的民事基本法律,《物权法》“既涉及国家的基本经济制度,也关系千家万户的具体利益”。作为被称为“社会生活的圣经”的《民法》中最重要的编目,《物权法》试图为公民的合法财产撑起一把法律的保护伞。那么作为普通老百姓对《物权法》的关注主要集中在哪里?哪些条例是涉及百姓切身利益的呢?
Perhaps many people think that the “Property Law” is a highly technical topic that is limited to discussion and debate among the legal elites. It is far from the real life of ordinary people, but it is not. As the basic civil law regulating the relationship between property, the “Property Law” “involves both the basic economic system of the country and the specific interests of all households.” As the most important catalog of “civil law” known as the “Bible of social life,” the Property Law tries to prop up a law umbrella for the legitimate possessions of citizens.
