采用垂直蒸发法分别在玻璃和石英衬底上淀积单壁碳纳米管和氧化石墨烯材料来制作碳基可饱和吸收体。利用单壁碳纳米管作为饱和吸收体,实现了Nd:YVO4激光器被动锁模,最高输出功率为3.6 W,斜率效率为31%,脉冲宽度为7.6ps,重复频率为75MHz。利用氧化石墨烯作为可饱和吸收体,实现了Nd:GdVO4激光器被动锁模,最大输出功率为1.1W,斜率效率为11.3%,脉冲宽度为4.5ps,重复频率为70MHz。
Single-walled carbon nanotubes and graphene oxide materials were deposited on glass and quartz substrates by vertical evaporation to fabricate carbon-based saturable absorbers. Single-walled carbon nanotubes (SWNTs) are used as saturable absorber. The Nd: YVO4 laser is mode-locked. The maximum output power is 3.6W, the slope efficiency is 31%, the pulse width is 7.6ps and the repetition frequency is 75MHz. Using graphene oxide as a saturable absorber, a Nd: GdVO4 laser is mode-locked with a maximum output power of 1.1W, a slope efficiency of 11.3%, a pulse width of 4.5ps and a repetition frequency of 70MHz.
