这是一组管理者谈客观规律的文章。在医疗服务工作中,小到与患者沟通,大到国家卫生事业框架的构建,都需要我们去发现、认识其中的各种规律。当我们在激烈争论公益性时,经济规律这只看不见的手依然在动作;医学的创新发明忽略自然规律、忽略实践只能是为论文而研究,甚至为论文而论文;在医疗服务中,不了解社会规律,不了解人的属性,怎能做到以病人为中心?我们希望这组文章对读者能有启示。
This is a group of managers talk about the law of the article. In the medical service work, small to communicate with patients, as large as the national health framework, we need to find out and understand the various laws. When we are in a heated debate over public welfare, the invisible hand of the economic law is still in action.
