为研究有限理性出行者的出行行为,引入前景理论。建立基于前景值的用户均衡模型进行路网配流,用相继平均法求解路径流量。考虑路径流量和具体规划要求选择充电站候选站址,利用排队理论建立充电站的服务模型,以充电站的建设服务成本和用户等待时间成本之和最小为目标来确定充电站站址和充电站配置的充电机台数,用边界分析法对模型进行求解,最后用一个算例对模型和算法的有效性进行验证。
To study the travel behavior of bounded-rational travelers, a theory of foreground is introduced. A user equilibrium model based on the foreground value is established to allocate the road network and the average of the methods is used to solve the path traffic. Considering the path traffic and the specific planning requirements, the charging station candidate sites are selected, and the service model of the charging station is established by using the queuing theory. The charging station site and the charging station are determined with the goal of minimizing the sum of charging costs of the charging stations and the users’ waiting time. Configure the number of charging machine, using the boundary analysis method to solve the model, and finally with an example to verify the validity of the model and algorithm.
