氨基甙类抗生素在临床各科中均被广泛应用,但在小儿中常有致聋的报道。我们通过检测96例应用这类抗生素后并发中毒性耳聋患儿的听觉脑干反应,探讨该类抗生素致聋的损害所在。
Aminoglycosides antibiotics are widely used in clinical subjects, but often deaf in children reported. We examined the 96 cases of children with toxic deafness after the application of such antibiotics in children with auditory brainstem response to explore the detriment of such antibiotics caused by deafness.
