为了解结核病自然感染情况,掌握我市结核病发病趋势,我们根据全国统一抽样,定为霸州市杨芬港乡杨三大队和大城县臧屯乡骆贾村,郭庄村为流调点,用PPD分别对0-14岁儿童进行接种,现将结果报告如下: 一、材料、方法制剂:PPD为长春生物制品研究所生产的新结核菌素。注射剂量0.1毫升,72小时后观察结果,直径大于6×6毫米为阳性反应,大于20×20毫米,或有水泡,丘疹为强阳性,直径小于6×6毫米为阴性反应。部位:左前臂内侧。对象:0-14岁年龄组男女儿童。二、结果与分析此次调查的抽样人数为927例,应试人数为908例,实试人数为898例,见表1
