目的:分析紫珠花的挥发性成分。方法:采用顶空固相微萃取和气质联用技术(HS-SPME-GC/MS),结合保留指数法并用峰面积归一化法测定紫珠花中的挥发性成分相对百分含量。结果:从紫珠花中鉴定出了22种挥发性成分,占总峰面积的88.51%,其含量较高的成分为α-石竹烯(30.30%),石竹烯(10.04%),β-芹子烯(8.53%),3-辛醇(6.73%),β-蒎烯(6.35%),β-侧柏烯(3.99%)等。结论:紫珠花的主要挥发性成分类型为萜类。
Objective: To analyze the volatile components of Methods: The relative percentage of volatile components in Perilla frutescens was determined by headspace solid-phase microextraction and gas chromatography-mass spectrometry (HS-SPME-GC / MS) with retention index method and peak area normalization method. Results: Twenty-two volatile components were identified from the flowers, accounting for 88.51% of the total peak area. The highest contents were α-caryophyllene (30.30%), caryophyllene (10.04%), (8.53%), 3-octanol (6.73%), β-pinene (6.35%), β-pedigloin (3.99%) and the like. Conclusion: The main volatile component of the flower is terpenoids.
