当前社会转型和分化日益加剧,社会生产力水平的提高深刻的影响着人们的思想观念,社会发展对人们提出了新的要求。在这种背景下,高职教育迅猛发展,但学生规模的扩大和素质构成的复杂给高职辅导员带来了巨大的挑战。本文拟从社会大环境、高职学生现状和如何提升辅导员工作水平三个当面来阐述这个议题。 At present, the social transformation and differentiation are aggravating day by day. The improvement of the level of social productive forces has a profound impact on people’s ideas and concepts. Social development has set new demands on people. Under this background, higher vocational education develops rapidly, but the expansion of students and the complexity of their quality pose a huge challenge to vocational counselors. This article intends to elaborate the issue from the three aspects of the social environment, the status quo of students in vocational colleges and how to improve the working standards of counselors.
