目的利用表面等离子体共振(SPR)生物传感技术,对水样中的三嗪类农药阿特拉津进行检测,为研发相应快检技术与设备提供技术基础。方法以抗原或抗体作为传感器敏感识别元件,利用间接竞争法结合SPR传感技术对阿特拉津进行检测。结果方法最低检出限2.34 ng/ml(S/N=3),IC50=32.36 ng/ml,检测范围5.75~181.97 ng/ml,检测时间<30 min,回收率98.4%~104.2%,相对标准偏差1.9%。结论所建立方法对于检测水样中阿特拉津具灵敏性、准确性和精密性。
Objective To detect atrazine of triazine pesticide in water sample by surface plasmon resonance (SPR) biosensor technology, and provide technical basis for the development of the corresponding rapid detection technology and equipment. Methods Antigen or antibody was used as sensitive sensor to detect atrazine by indirect competition method combined with SPR sensor technology. Results The minimum detectable limit of detection was 2.34 ng / ml with an IC50 of 32.36 ng / ml. The detection range was 5.75 ~ 181.97 ng / ml. The detection time was less than 30 min and the recovery was 98.4% -104.2% Deviation 1.9%. Conclusion The established method is sensitive, accurate and precise for the determination of atrazine in water samples.
