合成这种化合物能用3种方法制备。(1)用3-硝基苯甲醛和甲基乙酰乙酸酯在 m-甲苯胺甲醇溶液中反应,得到2-(3-硝基苯)乙酯乙酸甲酯,然后与3-氨基巴豆酸3′-苯基-2′(E)丙烯酯,在异丙醇中回流即得。(2)用3-甲氨基巴豆酸甲酯和间硝基苯甲醛和乙酰乙酸3-苯基-2(E)丙烯醇酯
The synthesis of this compound can be prepared in 3 ways. (1) Reaction of 3-nitrobenzaldehyde and methylacetoacetate in m-toluidine methanol solution to give methyl 2- (3-nitrophenyl) ethyl acetate followed by reaction with 3-aminocrotonic acid 3’-phenyl-2 ’(E) -acrylate obtained by refluxing in isopropanol. (2) Using methyl 3-methylaminocrotonate and m-nitrobenzaldehyde and 3-phenyl-2 (E) propanol alcohol acetoacetate
