基于ABAQUS对加固加层后的老旧砌体住宅结构进行了动力时程分析研究。老旧砌体住宅采用外套预制钢筋混凝土墙加固,并采用钢结构进行隔震加层,可增加建筑面积。加固加层后的结构是含有砌体、混凝土和钢结构的混合结构,并且采用了层间隔震技术。由于结构较复杂,对其进行动力时程分析具有一定的复杂性。首先,叙述了采用双线性模型的隔震支座模拟方法,并验证了该方法的正确性;其次,以某工程为例,探讨了老旧砌体住宅增层隔震后的结构的分析方法。研究结果表明,加层后下部结构的基底剪力和位移有一定削弱,加层具有一定的可行性,分析方法也可为类似结构提供参考。
Based on ABAQUS, the dynamic time-history analysis of the old masonry residential structure reinforced by overlay was carried out. Old masonry residential buildings using prefabricated reinforced concrete wall reinforcement, and the use of steel structures for additional seismic isolation, can increase the construction area. Reinforcement plus structure is a mixture of masonry, concrete and steel structures, and the use of the layer isolation technology. Due to its complex structure, it is of some complexity to carry out dynamic time history analysis. First of all, the method of simulating the isolated bearing with bilinear model is described and the correctness of the method is verified. Secondly, taking a project as an example, the analysis of the structure of an old masonry building method. The results show that the basement shear force and displacement of the substructure are weakened after the layer is added, and the addition of the layer is feasible. The analysis method also provides a reference for the similar structure.
