目的:分析微RNA-552(miR-552)、微RNA-592(miR-592)的表达与结直肠肿瘤患者临床病理特征及预后的相关性。方法:抽取2017年3月至2020年4月河南科技大学第一附属医院收治的结直肠肿瘤患者67例,检测并比较不同组织的miR-552、miR-592表达情况,比较不同病理特征(TNM分期、分化程度、肿瘤长径、淋巴结转移)、不同预后患者的miR-552、miR-592表达情况,分析其相关性。结果:与癌旁正常组织相比,肿瘤组织中miR-552、miR-592表达水平较高,差异有统计学意义(n P<0.05)。不同TNM分期、肿瘤长径、分化程度和有无淋巴结转移患者的miR-552、miR-592表达均不同,差异有统计学意义(n P<0.05);TNM分期高、分化程度低、肿瘤长径长、淋巴结转移患者的miR-552、miR-592表达水平更高,差异有统计学意义(n P<0.05)。与3年内无病生存者相比,3年内复发或死亡者的miR-552、miR-592表达水平较高,差异有统计学意义(n P<0.05)。Logistic回归分析结果显示,TNM分期Ⅳ期、肿瘤长径≥5 cm、低分化程度、淋巴结转移、3年内复发或死亡是miR-552、miR-592表达水平升高的危险因素(n P<0.05);Pearson分析结果显示,miR-552、miR-592表达和TNM分期(n r=0.715)、肿瘤长径(n r=0.649)、淋巴结转移(n r=0.675)、预后(n r=0.709)呈正相关,和分化程度(n r=-0.693)呈负相关(n P<0.05)。n 结论:结直肠肿瘤组织中miR-552、miR-592的表达高于癌旁正常组织,TNM分期高、分化程度低,肿瘤长径长、淋巴结转移、3年内复发或死亡是miR-552、miR-592表达水平升高的危险因素,并与miR-552、miR-592表达具有显著相关性。“,”Objective:To analyze the expression of microRNA-552 (miR-552) and microRNA-592 (miR-592) in colorectal tumors and its relationship with the clinicopathological characteristics and prognosis.Methods:A total of 67 patients with colorectal tumors treated in the First Affiliated Hospital of Henan University of Science and Technology from March 2017 to April 2020 were selected. The expression of miR-552 and miR-592 in different tissues were detected and compared. The expression of miR-552 and miR-592 in patients with different pathological characteristics (tumor node metastasis (TNM) stage, degree of differentiation, tumor diameter, lymph node metastasis) and prognoses were compared. And their correlation was analyzed.Results:Compared with normal adjacent tissues, the expression levels of miR-552 and miR-592 in tumor tissues were higher (n P<0.05). The expression of miR-552 and miR-592 was different in patients with different TNM stages, tumor diameters, degrees of differentiation, and conditions of lymph node metastasis (n P<0.05). The expression levels of miR-552 and miR-592 were higher in colorectal cancer patients with high TNM stage, low differentiation, long tumor diameter and lymph node metastasis (n P<0.05). Compared with those who survived disease-free within 3 years, those who relapsed or died within 3 years had higher expression levels of miR-552 and miR-592 (n P<0.05). Logistic regression analysis showed that TNM stage IV, tumor diameter ≥5 cm, low differentiation, lymph node metastasis, recurrence or death within 3 years were risk factors of increased expression of miR-552 and miR-592 (n P<0.05). Pearson analysis showed that the expression of miR-552 and miR-592 was positively correlated with TNM stage (n r=0.715), tumor diameter (n r=0.649), lymph node metastasis (n r=0.675), prognosis (n r=0.709), and it was negatively correlated with the degree of differentiation (n r=-0.693), n P<0.05.n Conclusions:The expression of miR-552 and miR-592 in colorectal tumor tissues was higher than that in normal adjacent tissues. High TNM stage, low degree of differentiation, long tumor diameter, lymph node metastasis, recurrence or death within 3 years are the risk factors for the increased expression of miR-552 and miR-592, which are significantly correlated with the expression of miR-552 and miR-592.
