观点:“娱乐之都”的真正意义,是对人生存质量的关怀,“娱乐”脱去上流和高消费的外衣,融入到“平民”的世界。这是文明程度增加的表征,也是城市树立亲和形象、呼唤精神归属的重要努力。
Point of view: The real meaning of “entertainment capital” is to care for the quality of life, “entertainment ” off top and high consumption of outerwear, into the “civilian ” world. This is an indication of the increased level of civilization and an important effort by the city to establish an affinity image and call for spiritual ownership.
