采用三维光弹性整体观测法对RPI卡环和三臂卡环在修复末端游离缺失时,基牙及邻牙牙槽骨受垂直向载荷时的受力情况进行了对比和分析,从而找出了两种卡环状态下基牙牙槽骨受力的最大应力点和应力集中部位。并从生物力学角度说明了RPI卡环在修复末端游离缺失时对基牙的健康是有利的。
