传统的学徒制是指徒弟在师傅指导下习得知识或技能的传艺活动,是一种高度情境性的学习方式,学徒在真实的工作场所中观察师傅的实作,感知和捕捉师傅的知识和技艺,然后在师傅的指导下进行实作,逐渐学会师傅的技能。经过多年的不断探索与尝试,我国在现代学徒制方面已经取得了一定的成绩。文章从设备维护职业能力提升面临的主观与客观问题,分析了造成设备维护职业能力提升困难的原因,并从现代学徒制的角度提出如何提升学生的设备维护职业能力。
The traditional apprenticeship refers to the activity of apprenticeship who acquire knowledge or skills under the guidance of masters. It is a highly situational learning method. Apprentices observe the practice of masters in real workplaces, perceive and capture masters’ knowledge and Art, and then under the guidance of the master to practice, and gradually learn the skills of the master. After many years of constant exploration and trial, our country has made some achievements in modern apprenticeship. From the subjective and objective problems that the equipment maintains the professional ability, this paper analyzes the reasons that cause the difficulty of the equipment maintenance and improve the professional ability, and proposes how to improve the student equipment maintenance ability from the perspective of modern apprenticeship.
