本文利用聚结滤芯过滤性能的检测装置,通过滤材层数的梯度增加,研究了不同润湿性聚结滤芯内部液体分布特性,分析了滤材层数、滤材润湿性对饱和度、压降的影响。结果表明:随着滤芯层数的增多,亲油型滤材饱和度呈“凹形”分布的趋势愈加明显,即亲油型滤材第一层饱和度数值相同,中间层饱和度逐渐降低,最后一层饱和度又达到一致水平;而疏油型滤材饱和度曲线重合度很好,无明显变化。随着滤芯层数的增多,亲油型滤材与疏油型滤材的总体压降趋势均没有改变,但亲油型滤材润湿压降呈下降趋势,而疏油型滤材润湿压降没有明显变化趋势。
