针对本公司CGCE150多功能反重力炉,选用ZL104为试验用铝合金,以尺寸为210 mm×50 mm,厚度分别为3 mm和12 mm铝合金板为试样,研究调压铸造真空度对薄壁铝合金铸件充型能力以及铸件产生针孔缺陷规律的影响。结果表明:按本文制定的浇注参数进行浇注,真空度对铸件充型能力无明显影响。真空度在-10~70 kPa之间时,试样针孔级别没有区别。当真空度增加至-80 kPa,试样针孔缺陷等级呈跳跃性增长,真空度继续增加时,针孔级别无明显变化。
For CGCE150 multi-functional anti-gravity furnace of our company, ZL104 is selected as the test aluminum alloy. The size of 210 mm × 50 mm, the thickness of 3 mm and 12 mm aluminum alloy plate as the sample, Wall aluminum alloy casting filling ability and the rule of pinhole defects produced by castings. The results show that: according to the pouring parameters set in this article, the degree of vacuum has no significant effect on the filling capacity of castings. When the degree of vacuum is between -10 and 70 kPa, there is no difference between the pinhole levels of the samples. When the degree of vacuum increased to -80 kPa, the pinhole defect level of the sample showed a jumpy growth. When the degree of vacuum continued to increase, the pinhole level did not change significantly.
