合银广场为2001年建成的超B级高度建筑,主体完工后一直未投入使用,现应业主要求进行改造及补强。对其进行了整体计算、构造检查、承载力核查及结构的补强及改造等工作,着重介绍了对连接框架柱及核心筒的框架梁分别进行的竖向荷载作用下的弯矩调幅及沉降差引起的弯矩调幅的方法。结果表明,结构整体设计满足规范要求,采用新工艺、新方法对构件进行补强及改造取得了良好的效果。
The Silver Plaza is a super B-class building built in 2001. The main building has not been put into use after the completion of the main building and should be rebuilt and reinforced at the request of the owner. The whole calculation, structural inspection, verification of bearing capacity and reinforcement and reconstruction of the structure were carried out.
