1 一般资料 患有过敏性鼻炎同时伴有荨麻疹的病人共10例,其中男7例,女3例,年龄在25～37岁,病期住1月～2年,其中7例经一般疗法而未见疗效。 2 冶疗方法 特非那丁片,每次60mg,每日2次;甲氰咪呱,每次200mg,每日3次;同时口服中药敏鼻汤:防风6g,生芪10g,桂枝1g,白芍6g,五味子22g,白术6g,茯苓6g,法半夏6g,生甘草3g,煎服,每日一剂。共服1周为一疗程,并判断其疗效。 3 冶疗结果 10例8例痊愈,2例好转。
